Comprising breathwork and sung refrains, The Venuses is a sound installation that lends voice to ancient female figures caught up in a primordial trance. Following the travels of their mind, their quickening breaths coalesce in a hummed tone which then mutate into the sounds of animals, forests, wind, as if they had reached the limits of human capability.
